On Wednesday, June 22, 2016, Fine Tobacco Club hosted Up On 20 Rooftop Cigar and Rum Tasting at the Hyatt Herald Square in Midtown.
About the evening
Rum took center stage on the Up On 20 rooftop. A roller hand-made 90 Miles cigars on site, and guests paired them with rums from Stolen Rum and a tasting of The Real McCoy, a gold medal winner at the World Rum Awards.
The 90 Miles by Flor de Gonzalez, rated 90 by Cigar Aficionado, pairs a Nicaraguan long-filler blend with an oily Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. The name is the Gonzalez family’s tribute to the 90 miles of water between Havana and the U.S.
