On Monday, December 12, 2016, Fine Tobacco Club hosted Frank Sinatra’s Smokin’ Birthday Bash at The Carnegie Club in Midtown.
About the evening
We closed 2016 by celebrating Frank Sinatra’s birthday. Pete Caldera, a Yankees reporter who croons Ol’ Blue Eyes in his free time, sang with the Stan Rubin Quartet. Guests smoked Manolo Estate’s Cuban Crown with Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select.
Sinatra was a lifelong Jack Daniel’s fan, and the Sinatra Select is aged partly in specially grooved barrels for more contact with the wood. The Cuban Crown is aged at least three years before rolling, then another twelve months after.
Part of our Frank Sinatra’s Smokin’ Birthday Bash series.
