On Wednesday, June 8, 2022, Fine Tobacco Club hosted The Smoker Social at Merchants Cigar Bar on the Upper East Side.
The evening featured RoMa Craft Cigars & Garrison Brothers Whiskey.
About the evening
At Merchants Cigar Bar, guests paired the RoMa Craft Intemperance Whiskey Rebellion 1794 with Garrison Brothers Texas bourbon, two of the hottest brands on the market. The long ashes contest returned.
The Whiskey Rebellion honors the 1794 protest against Hamilton’s spirits tax. Its oily Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over an Indonesian Besuki binder and Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers brings earth, charred wood, espresso and pepper: lush and built for high-proof whiskey.
Part of The Smoker Social series.
