The evening featured The Balvenie Scotch and La Palina Cigars.
About the evening
November’s Straight Up & Toasted paired the La Palina Bronze Label with The Balvenie 14 Year Caribbean Cask and a special release, The Balvenie “A Sweet Toast of American Oak,” to live jazz.
Apprentice Malt Master Kelsey McKechnie created the Sweet Toast by deep-toasting virgin Kentucky oak at The Balvenie’s cooperage, for candied fruit, coconut and vanilla. The Caribbean Cask is finished in casks seasoned with West Indian rums.
