On Wednesday, October 25, 2017, Fine Tobacco Club hosted Straight Up & Toasted at The Carnegie Club in Midtown.
The evening featured Glenfiddich & Veritas Cigars.
About the evening
October’s Straight Up & Toasted paired the Veritas 412 Blend with Glenfiddich 14 Year Bourbon Barrel Reserve and Glenfiddich 15 Year Solera Reserve.
The Veritas brought strong pepper with raisin, molasses and wasabi peanuts, finishing on sweet Melba toast. The Glenfiddich 14 is finished in charred new American oak for a bourbon-like sweetness. The 15 Year is married in Glenfiddich’s solera vat.
