About the evening
Our first Straight Up & Toasted of fall 2023 paired the new Aging Room Quattro Nicaragua Sonata with two single malts from Glenfarclas, the sherry-maturation specialist, to live jazz.
Created by Rafael Nodal and A.J. Fernández in Estelí, the Sonata is lighter in body than its predecessor thanks to extended fermentation and unique seed varietals.
