On Wednesday, November 15, 2017, Fine Tobacco Club hosted Private Tasting with Davidoff Cigars at Davidoff Brookfield Place in Battery Park City.
About the evening
The Davidoff Yamasa Toro returned to Brookfield Place, this time with a flight of three rare rums from Diplomático. Brand Ambassador Manny Peña explained the aging and maturation behind each rum, and Matthias led the tasting notes on the Yamasa.
The rums were chosen to stand up to the Yamasa’s assertive, smoky character. They included the Single Vintage, aged 12 years in bourbon and single malt casks before a year in Oloroso sherry casks.
