About the evening
Our first rooftop of 2019 at View of the World Terrace paired the Undercrown Sun Grown Gran Toro with Glenmorangie Original, Quinta Ruban and Signet, with views across the Financial District.
The Signet, with whiskies aged 35 to 40 years, brought syrupy cinnamon, cocoa, orange and lychee. The port-finished Quinta Ruban balanced sweet and dry.
