About the evening
On the shaded south terrace at View of the World, guests smoked the Drew Estate Undercrown Sun Grown with single malts from Paul John, the boutique Indian distillery. Ardent Hospitality created custom cocktails for the evening.
The flight included a Paul John Brilliance cocktail, Paul John Edited and Paul John Peated Select Cask. Each of these malts has earned 94 points or more in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible, including Asian Whisky of the Year in 2018.
